Hertsmere Local Plan - Developer Submissions

As part of Hertsmere's consultation on potential sites, proposals for those sites were put forward by (or on behalf of) developers.

As these can be hard to find on Hertsmere's consultation portal, we've collated them below for convenience. Clicking any of the links will download the relevant document directly from Hertsmere's consultation portal.

We have only included those sites most likely to affect Shenley Parish. If you believe we have missed any developer submissions, please let the Parish Clerk know and we'll consider adding them.

Important: All of these documents were submitted by developers or their representatives. They do not represent proposals from Shenley Parish Council and their inclusion here does not imply the Council supports or endorses them.

Site S1 | Land West of Porters Park Drive, Shenley

Relevant sections of the consultation: Site S1 and smaller Site HEL390 (Land adjacent to 52 Harris Lane).

Woolf Bond Planning have submitted the following documents on behalf of Heronslea Group:

Site H1 | Rabley Green, east of Shenley
