36/17. To reconsider the planning application below following new information received;
|Application No.||Address||Proposed Development|
|17/0955/HSE||Thatched Lodge, Green Street, Shenley, Hertfordshire, WD7 9BA||Demolition of existing garage and shed & erection of detached timber frame garage block with accommodation over to be used incidental to the main building|
The Meeting were informed that the original application had been reviewed by the Parish Council on 7th February 2017 under application number 17/0072/HSE with the Parish Council not objecting. The plans have since been amended and downscaled. The new application was reviewed by the parish Council on the 6th June 2017, but as there was a different application number and no reference to tie the two together the Parish Council objected to the plan which was inconsistent with the original decision in September.
Therefore Shenley Parish Council withdraws its objection.
